let me start by saying that you are now reading script written by the dumbest of computer users when my son gets home I will get him to help me.I bought "THE" guitar 2/9/08.The only things I have done is to add strap locks and change to "9s" I did lower the action just a touch. My story is years ago I played alot. I had 70s Gibson Les Paul deluxe gold top .Twenty years later I started playing again.Though at heart I am still arocker,my taste are leaning more bluesy.I wanted something that had humbuckers w/ coil tap.I am not a strat fan though I own one[sorry stratoquacker].The first thing that leaned me in the Gadow direction was the mission statement.I was back and forth played a bunch of guitars.Gadow was the only to go.As far as color I would call it tobacco spalted?I play through a Line6 single 12 celest. Bogner.MY other guitars ...Laguna and strat[mex].I really enjoy playing even though I suck at it.more later

Congrat's Rick! I've had two LP's over the years. While I regret selling them (before 60's LP's skyrocketed in price), I don't miss having a boat anchor around my neck! I don't play out much these days, but the Gadow is SOOOOO much easier to have hanging on you for 3-4 hours! grin
