Ya, the striping looks great. Although, I remember seeing pics of my Custom Hollow being built and thought the same thing. The unfinished fretboard had killer grain and striping. After it was finished though, it wasn't as prominent.
Oh well. I hope Ryan finishes yours soon. You're standing in my way!!!
