Since I'll be intimately involved in this build, I thought I'd get a thread going here for it.

At this point, it's going to be a Redwood burl top on Swamp Ash, Aguilar Jazz pickups, OBP-3 preamp, 34" scale bound neck with block inlays. I'm going to see if I can get Ryan to add an extra helping of tone and mojo to it.  grin

Definitely.  We've all seen the redwood axes that have come out of the shop thus far, I'm sure
yours will be every bit as beautiful and more.  Sounds like a sweet axe.  That's the perfect wood
combo I'd use if I ever ordered a Nashville, or whatever it's now called!

I think he's trying to say keep it on the down low. If Gibson or Fender find out they'll take that name away too.
